What You’ll Do:

As a Case Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind case progress from intake to resolution, supporting clients and attorneys with compassion, clarity, and consistency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a high-volume caseload of pre-suit and litigation personal injury cases
  • Drafting and sending demands and settlement documents
  • Ordering and reviewing medical records and bills
  • Communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
  • Updating tasks, notes, and documentation in the case management system
  • Ensuring all files are accurate, complete, and moving toward resolution

What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for someone who:

  • Has 2+ years of experience as a Case Manager at a personal injury firm (required)
  • Is accountable and reliable
  • Is highly organized, focused, and thrives under pressure
  • Knows Microsoft Office and is comfortable navigating case management software (knowledge of Filevine is a plus!)
  • Speaks clearly and confidently with clients and professionals

Bonus points: Is bilingual in Haitian Creole, Russian, or Spanish

Schedule & Location:

  • Full-time, in-person role
  • Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • This is NOT a remote position
