Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital – Central Indiana (Muncie Campus) is seeking a Full Time Case Manager (RN, LPN) to coordinate admission and discharge planning, case communications, and insurance relations. Indiana RN/LPN license in good standing is required, along with BLS and ALS certifications.

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred, plus strong English communication skills. Work location is in Muncie, Indiana on site at the hospital.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) Indiana License or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Indiana License in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ALS certification.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience as a Case Manager.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admission and discharge planning, case communications and conferencing.
• Manage insurance relations and coordinated care through managed care systems.
• Ensure patient rights regulations are fulfilled.

The Case Manager oversees the effective coordination of admission and discharges planning, case communications, conferencing, insurance relations and assurance through managed care systems, and verbal and written reporting.
