Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for our detox and residential facility in Indianapolis, IN. You will advocate for clients, coordinate intake-based case management, and ensure continuous coverage of insurance and services during treatment.

Responsibilities include arranging housing, financial and legal aid, and facilitating discharge planning, with a focus on continuing care and sober support after discharge.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Warm, empathetic, respectable personality.

What You'll Do
