VTG Defense is seeking Case Management Officers to support our Client's challenging operational requirements at multiple locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area. You will conduct all‑source intelligence research, analysis, report writing, and report editing, while managing multiple cases and projects and coordinating communications for on‑demand requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and applicable experience: 7–12 years (Level 3), 12–20 years (Level 4), 20+ years (Level 5).
• Cable writing experience.
• TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Ability to manipulate multiple data sets to derive inputs for intelligence packages.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to effectively follow‑through and scheduling.
• Familiarity with the customer's report writing standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

• Relevant customer certifications.
• Basic familiarity with both tactical and strategic military operations.
• Familiarity with various Intelligence Community partners and their operations.
• Proficiency with software and databases used in support of research and analysis for the U.S. Government.
