Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital – Central Indiana Hancock Campus is seeking a full-time Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) RN with 1–2 years of leadership experience to lead nursing practice and operate in a high-acuity setting.

The CCO will oversee staffing, policy development, clinical planning, and operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality patient care across campuses. This is a leadership-driven role within AMG's employee-owned system in Greenfield, IN.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Indiana Registered Nurse Licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Demonstrated leadership and management ability with 1–2 years’ leadership experience in high-acuity nursing.

Also participates in staffing, decision-making, policy determination, and clinical planning and clinical operations of the hospital. She/he has the responsibility for overseeing the management of nursing practices in accordance with regulatory requirements. The CNO must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to delivering quality nursing care; strategies for examining and applying relevant concepts; current leadership, management, and developmental performance improvement concepts; and the ability to participate in developing and implementing positive strategies to address opportunities for improving nursing care.
