Job summary

TEEMA in Detroit, MI is seeking a case management professional with 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in recent acute inpatient case management. Candidates must have a BSN or MSW and current MI RN licensure or LMSW, plus discharge planning experience.

There will be limited on-site training; the manager will contact candidates directly for interviews. Recent inpatient CM experience is strictly required; telephonic, utilization review, and psychological experience do not apply.
