Job summary

Pressley Ridge in West Virginia seeks a Treatment Coordinator to partner with families and community agencies to address youth needs and ensure services are individualized, child centered, and goal driven.

You will coordinate therapeutic services, advocate for education, and work flexible hours to support crises as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Clearances: State Police/FBI; Child and Adult Abuse Registry clearance.
• Ability to meet non-traditional hours and crisis on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess each child’s needs in all life domains and develop treatment plan goals.
• Provide ongoing advocacy and support for the child’s educational needs.
• Initiate and coordinate therapeutic services when appropriate.
• Make regular contact with each youth to assess safety and well-being.

Position Summary

The Treatment Coordinator (TC) partners with families and community agencies to ensure the needs of youth are adequately addressed. The Treatment Coordinator also ensures service delivery is individualized, appropriate to need, child centered, family focused, culturally competent, strengths based, and goal driven.

Essential Roles And Responsibilities

• Assess each child’s needs in all life domains and develop treatment plan goals.

Working Conditions

• Physical Demands: Requires vision, speech, and hearing and a moderate to high level of physical activity including; sitting, standing, walking lifting and carrying as required. Must be able to meet the demands and complete Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI).
• Environmental Factors: Indoors/Outdoors: school, community, residence, office.
• Working Hours: A non-traditional work schedule as defined by service needs and crisis “on call”.
