Job summary

Pathway Law Firm is seeking a capable Personal Injury Case Manager to own cases from intake to settlement. You will coordinate with clients and attorneys, oversee medical treatment coordination, review medical records, verify insurance, and prepare demand packages to maximize settlements.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish and English, with proven PI case-management experience, superb communication, organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven PI case-management experience and knowledge of PI processes.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining legal matters to clients.
• Strong organizational abilities in high-volume environments.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with creative solution focus.
• Experience with case-management software (Filevine, Salesforce, Clio, CasePEER).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the Case from Intake to Settlement – Oversee every case detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Be the Liaison Between Clients & Attorneys – Keep clients informed, answer questions, and provide reassurance throughout every stage of the case.
• Coordinate Medical Treatment—Ensure clients receive necessary medical care and track progress to maximize case value.
• Review & Analyze Medical Records – Summarize treatments, assess damages, and prepare detailed case files for demand submission.
• Verify Insurance Coverage & Liability – Communicate with adjusters, track claims, and maximize policies.
• Prepare Cases for Demand & Negotiation – Work with attorneys to draft compelling demand packages that drive settlements.
• Track Deadlines & Manage Case Workflow – Keep everything running on time, ensuring no detail is missed.
