Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Join Our Mission: Case Manager Opportunity

Location/Salary: Remote (work from home) but local to and able to serve the Chester PA, Southern PA, and Delaware area. Salary range is $65,000-$75,000 annually depending upon experience and education.

What You’ll Do

As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in guiding Dwyer Scholars toward success by:

  • Connecting with program applicants, assessing eligibility, and guiding them through the process.
  • Helping individuals overcome barriers to employment through personalized action plans and resource connections.
  • Supporting job readiness by assisting scholars with employment strategies and retention efforts.
  • Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with community partners, trainers, and employers.
  • Providing compassionate, crisis-focused services when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Master’s degree in social work, human services, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with human service agencies or programs.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of community resources and social services in the Baltimore area.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce or other CRM systems (preferred).
  • Bilingual skills (preferred).
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
