Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, social work, or human-services field required.
• A Master’s degree in any of the same fields is preferred.
• Three years experience with children/families in community mental health required.
• Minimum one year experience with children/families with intellectual developmental disabilities required.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administer supports coordination services and supervise staff.
• Provide training, supervision, and coordination of assessments and interventions for children with disabilities.
• Oversee budgeting and program design in collaboration with management.
• Interface with funders, licensing bodies, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and maintain professional standards.
