Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment planning and therapy services in outpatient program with measurable objectives.
• Coordinate the outpatient team and monitor assessments and interventions.
• Develop outcome measures for children in outpatient program.
• Participate in marketing and outreach activities to maintain referral relationships.
• Maintain client files and ensure timely documentation and billing data.

Education

Master’s degree in social work, psychology or related human service field

State of Michigan licensure/registration as social worker, counselor, or psychologist

Minimum 2 years direct outpatient experience with families and youth
