Job summary

Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC is seeking a Director of Case Management for a critical access hospital in New Mexico. The role reports to the CEO and oversees a team of five full-time Case Managers, plus a Case Management Assistant and several PRN staff.

Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus are available, with a plan to obtain CCM/ACM certification within the first year. This is a senior leadership position requiring strategic oversight of care management operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration is preferred.
• 3+ years of recent acute care hospital case management experience.
• 2+ years of case management leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the CEO.
• Leads a team of 5 full-time Case Managers, 1 full-time Case Management Assistant and 6 PRN Case Managers.
• Director does not carry a caseload but supports the team when needed to cover patients.
