Day in the Life: The Case Management Coordinator works as a member of the Site Management team. Primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of case management training, audit compliance and outside agency relationships, including community service, to ensure treatment continuity is maintained for the students. The Case Management Coordinator reports to the Program Director. May supervise the Case Managers, Transitional Services or other designated staff.
To be considered you should: Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s degree preferred). Four years of experience in Human Services, prefer two years of Rite of Passage experience. Prior case management experience required including three years’ experience with juveniles. Supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of Placing Agencies, licensing requirements and Rite of Passage policies and procedures. Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test. Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing. Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Able to work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed. Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities.
