Job description

Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00/hour, DOE. FLSA non exempt.

Employment Type: TEMP-TO-HIRE

This position starts as a temporary assignment with the strong intention to convert to a permanent MM Solutions employee based on performance, attendance, and business need. While in temporary status, benefits are provided by the staffing agency and may include: Medical options (varies by plan) and/or paid sick time as required by Colorado law.

Position Summary

Case and Foam Team Members will assemble and build high quality cases with custom foam inserts for various clients and industries. Team Members in this position will need to have a solid attention to detail and be able to interpret drawings to begin assembly. This position requires a driven attitude and ability to perform the many duties throughout the department.

Requirements

Essential Job Function

Build foam assemblies from design drawings with on-the-job training
Understand & learn different foam materials
Use tools such as hot wire, heat welder, hot glue machine, and razor knives
Assemble products according to our quality standards
Prioritize safety on all projects
Follow written and verbal directions
Operate department hand tools and equipment safely
Assist in maintaining a clean shop
Cross train and work in other divisions/departments as needed
Demonstrate and apply our internal and external company values (aka "Anchors") by working positively and collaboratively with team members and customers to form good partnerships and great teams while innovating, eliminating the non-essential and improving.
