• Operate production machinery, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate movement of materials between receiving, warehouse, and production areas.
• Leverage company technology to drive productivity, ensure data accuracy, and support improvement.
• Review production instructions, inspect finished products, and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets in a clean, safe environment.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Assemble and finish custom cases, packaging solutions, and foam inserts according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate production machinery, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently to support daily manufacturing goals.
• Coordinate the movement of materials between receiving, warehouse, and production areas to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Leverage company technology, systems, and tools to drive productivity, ensure data accuracy, and support continuous improvement.
• Review production instructions, inspect finished products, and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have:

• Experience using a computer, Windows, Office, and ClickUp, or other relatable software and programs.

Preferred:

• Experience using a bandsaw.
• Prior experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing.
• Familiar with case assembly.
