Job summary

The Franklin County Community Based Correctional Facility seeks a Case Facilitator to develop, facilitate and coordinate day-to-day program delivery for residents. You will be part of a treatment team providing direct services to felony offenders, leading CBT groups, maintaining caseloads and helping implement case plans.

Qualifications include a bachelor degree in a related field, 1–3 years in groups, and willingness to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in social work, sociology, psychology, criminal justice or related field required.
• Must be able to type 20 words per minute and have proficient computer skills.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• A valid Ohio Driver’s license and a good driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts cognitive behavioral groups daily.
• Maintains resident caseload.
• Assists in formulation and implementation of case plans.
• Facilitates program classes.
• Submits progress reports.
• Maintains case file documentation.
• Transports residents to necessary appointments.
• Maintains assigned areas in a safe, sanitary, secure and orderly condition.
• Supervises residents in accordance with policies and procedures, rules and regulations.
• Performs pat down searches and urinalysis collection, when necessary.
• Promotes a pro-social culture throughout the facility.
