Job summary

Monogram Foods is seeking a production team member to load finished products from machines onto pallets, set up equipment, and maintain accurate labeling and paperwork. The role emphasizes safety, GMP compliance, and efficient operation on a loud production line.

Extended hours, including weekends, may be required. Candidates must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and wear required PPE while working with pallet jacks and other packaging equipment.

Qualifications

• Understanding and communicating effectively.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s.
• Pallet jack certification required.

Responsibilities

• Load finished product from machines onto pallets.
• Set up equipment for starts and changes over.
• Replenish packaging supplies like wrapping paper, boxes, or labels.
• Position and hold containers in the machine; operate controls to glue, label, or seal.
• Monitor for waste reductions and ensure correct date codes and labels.
• Maintain accurate paperwork (Case Sealer reports, pallet tickets, pallet patterns, case counts).
• Record downtime and quality data; complete preventive maintenance as needed.
• Ensure safety devices are operable; wear required PPE.
• Work with enthusiasm and urgency; follow plant safety rules and GMP.
