Job summary

Spring Independent School District is seeking a Community Academic Structured Education (CASE) teacher for BENEKE ES in Houston, TX. The CASE teacher will provide an academic, social, and independent living program for students with low incidence disabilities on campus and in community settings.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements instructional plans to assist CASE students in learning and mainstreaming skills.
Implements individual education plans (IEPs) and monitors progress.
Communicates regularly with parents to review student progress.
Organizes community trips per the students’ IEP.
Maintains confidentiality of student and parent information.
