T.G. Lee Dairy, a DFA farmer-owned brand, is hiring adaptable general laborers to support plant and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include unloading materials, transferring and storing products, and operating devices safely while following GMP and communicating with all departments.

Pay starts at $19.50 per hour with schedules Mon/Wed/Thu/Fri 8:00 pm–4:30 am and Sun/Tue off. Benefits include 401(k) with company contribution, paid vacation, and growth opportunities within DFA.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Able to effectively work in a team environment.
• Able to legibly write entries for record keeping.
• Able to use company computer systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Perform all-purpose duties in plant or warehouse.
• Unload materials and ingredients as needed.
• Transfer and store raw and finished products.

T.G. Lee Dairy has an immediate job opening for adaptable general laborers to perform all-purpose duties, which may include unloading materials and ingredients for plant or warehouse use, transferring and storing raw and finished products and operating onsite equipment and machinery in a safe manner. General laborers will be required to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and communicate effectively with all departments.
