Qualifications

• JD licensed in Texas and in good standing.
• 0-3 years personal injury experience.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong commitment to client service.
• Experience supervising non-attorneys is a plus.
• Must have valid TX driver license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Intake and develop commercial cases.
• Investigate and develop case files; preserve evidence.
• Communicate with clients and adjusters; sign-ups and status letters.
• Oversee liaison between management and adverse adjusters to settle cases.
