Thomas J. Henry Law seeks a Litigation Intake Associate Attorney to sign new clients, evaluate cases, negotiate settlements, and manage the initial litigation process. You will deliver exceptional client service and maximize earnings through our Every Case Counts Plan.

The role offers strong earning potential with a $120,000 base, 3% of all attorney fees collected, plus a $10,000 retention bonus. On-site work in Texas with full benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• JD required and licensed in Texas.
• 0–3 years PI experience preferred.
• Valid Texas driver's license required.
• Spanish language ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Intake and sign-up of new clients.
• Evaluate and develop cases.
• Negotiate with insurers.
• Communicate with clients and medical providers.
• Disburse funds and manage dockets; meet monthly financial goals.
