Thomas J Henry Law, PLLC in Irving, TX seeks a Case Development Intake Attorney to manage a docket of ~50 cases, investigate, preserve evidence, and aid the litigation team.

JD licensed in Texas with 0–3 years PI experience, strong writing and client-service skills are required. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Salary $100,000 annually plus a $10,000 relocation bonus; openings in Dallas, San Antonio, Austin or Corpus Christi.

Qualifications

• JD; must be licensed in Texas and in good standing.
• 0-3 years Personal Injury experience.
• Must have strong commitment to client service.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Working on cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of approx. 50 cases and coordinate with assigned case manager.
• Investigate and develop cases, secure records, statements, and evidence.
• Communicate with clients and adjusters; prepare status reports.
• Assist with demands and liaison between management and adverse parties.
