BCG Attorney Search in Corpus Christi, TX seeks a Case Development Intake Attorney to manage a docket of about 50 cases, investigate and develop matters, and prepare them for litigation. You will work with clients and case managers to ensure thorough case development, supervise non-attorney staff when needed, and maintain strong writing and communication skills.

JD licensed in Texas is required; 0–3 years of personal injury experience preferred; bilingual Spanish a plus; relocation possibilities

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• 0–3 years of personal injury experience.
• Strong commitment to client service and excellent writing skills.
• Experience supervising non-attorneys preferred.
• Valid TX driver license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and develop commercial cases.
• Manage client communications and case status updates.
• Handle property damage claims and prepare expense requests.
• Conduct criminal and social media investigations.
• Prepare and document demands for case settlements.
• Act as a liaison between management and adjusters.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal obligations.
