BCG Attorney Search in Austin, TX seeks a Case Development Intake Attorney to manage a docket of roughly 50 cases, investigating and preserving evidence and developing medical and triage assigned cases.

You will handle property damage claims, communicate with clients and adjusters, and prepare monthly status reports, ensuring effective case progression. Requires a TX license, JD, and strong writing ability; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• Experience supervising non-attorneys preferred.
• 0–3 years of personal injury experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and develop commercial cases.
• Accept and evaluate incoming calls from potential new clients.
• Secure authorization to sign up or decline claims.
• Explain attorney-client contracts and sign up cases.
• Prepare and submit case reviews per firm policy.
• Manage clients during the case development intake process.
• Prepare and document demands for case settlements.
