Role Details

• Location: All Locations/Remote
• Schedule: Hybrid schedule (minimum 4 days in-office) or fully remote
• Type: Full-time
• Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 + Sales Incentives (actual compensation based on experience and location)

Responsibilities

• Analyze requests and generate proposals and presentations that are accurate and compliant
• Deliver illustrations and presentations with clear explanations
• Review in-force policies and recommend modifications
• Prepare application kits and manage electronic signatures
• Maintain knowledge of insurance products and market trends
• Coordinate with internal teams and log activities in Salesforce

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Case Designing within an insurance carrier environment
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and carrier submission portals
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FireLight, iPipeline platforms
• Industry certifications (LOMA, NAIFA, CSA, CLU)
• Securities registration
• Experience working with financial advisors or agents
