Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Correction Technician to process correction requests from Federal Agencies and other departments at our Boyers, PA location. The role supports the Case Processing Operation Center within the Defense and Intel Operating Group and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work onsite with flexible hours.

Responsibilities include updating case data in IES, routing reports, and coordinating discrepancies with agencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year government contracting experience.
• Familiar with PIPS and OPIS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work onsite with flexible hours.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Modify case information in IES to ensure cases schedule complete and accurate.
• Sort reports and route to appropriate departments.
• Cancel, schedule or reconstruct items based on requests.
• Communicate with Federal Agencies to resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile cases for scheduling and prepare for scheduling.
• Process corrections and upgrades/downgrades on investigations as requested.
• Schedule high level cases for specific agencies.
• Learn Scheduling Specifications and adapt to changes in guidelines.
• Work well in a small team and support department needs.
