Job summary

Devereux is seeking an Administrative Assistant for Blended Case Management in the Chester County/Malvern area. You will manage referrals, open individuals into services, run reports, and verify billing while coordinating care across mental health, medical, education and placement areas.

You will maintain a small caseload and support multiple community service programs. The role offers a flexible daytime schedule, with occasional evenings to accommodate family availability.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a Human Services discipline.
• Experience is a plus.
• Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to reduce risk of abuse.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administrative management of the BCM program (referrals, opening individuals, running reports, billing verification).
• Lead billing review process for county funding (monthly invoices, authorizations).
• Audit medical records for compliance and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate care for clients with mental health, medical, education and placement needs with a small caseload (~10 hrs/week).
• Coordinate, monitor and review services to ensure ongoing participation and connect clients to resources.
• Maintain contact via telehealth and some face-to-face meetings with caseload and guardians per state regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of related documentation.
• Assist other community service programs with administrative duties as needed.
