MediPro Direct, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Clinical Case Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll schedule medical exams, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth communication between clients, patients, and medical professionals.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-focused, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time, remote, and requires residing in Oregon.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative support.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling tools.
• High attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations (preferred).
• Experience in healthcare scheduling or medical operations (preferred).

• Manage a high volume of active medical cases from initial outreach through appointment completion.
• Contact patients and healthcare professionals to coordinate and confirm medical appointments nationwide.
• Handle frequent inbound and outbound telephone calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Prioritize time-sensitive cases and meet scheduling and response deadlines.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding appointments and unresolved issues.

Qualifications

• Required:
• 3+ year experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling tools
• High attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Preferred:
• Experience in healthcare scheduling, patient access, medical office administration, or medical case coordination
• Previous experience working successfully in a fully remote healthcare operations environment
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations

Compensation And Benefits

• Annual salary of $36,000–$46,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.
