Job summary

MediPro Direct is seeking a highly organized Clinical Case Coordinator to join our remote team. You’ll schedule medical exams, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth communication between clients, patients, and medical professionals.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-focused, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This full-time remote position offers health and life insurance, paid time off, and seven paid holidays per year, with Nationwide scheduling

Qualifications

• 3+ years of scheduling, customer service, or administrative support experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling tools.
• High attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA or healthcare scheduling (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of active medical cases from outreach through appointment completion.
• Contact patients and healthcare professionals to coordinate nationwide appointments.
• Handle frequent calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Prioritize time-sensitive cases and meet scheduling deadlines.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of active medical cases from initial outreach through appointmentcompletion.
• Contact patients and healthcare professionals to coordinate and confirm medical appointmentsnationwide.
• Handle frequent inbound and outbound telephone calls while maintaining professionalism,empathy, and efficiency.
• Prioritize time-sensitive cases and consistently meet established scheduling and response deadlines.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding appointments, incomplete cases, and unresolved issues.

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ year experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling tools
• High attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare scheduling, patient access, medical office administration, or medical casecoordination
• Previous experience working successfully in a fully remote healthcare operations environment
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary of $36,000–$46,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.
