Job summary

Medical Outcome Indicators/Beyond Care is seeking a detail-oriented, multitasking professional for a full-time in-person role focusing on Workers’ Compensation and Group Health processes. You will serve as the primary contact, collect data for entry, treatment, and billing, and coordinate with physicians, case managers, and adjusters to move claims forward.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a single point of contact for Workers’ Compensation and/or Group Health department.
• Collect information for data entry, treatment, and billing purposes.
• Initiate and follow up for Workers’ Compensation and/or Group Health procedures and treatment.
• Obtain and review prior medical records for submission of claims.
• Be a liaison between physicians, nurse case managers, adjusters, and other third-party management companies.
• Work directly with adjusters & nurse case managers for Workers’ Compensation.
• Continued inter/intra departmental training as directed by supervisor.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor and manager.
