Job summary

3DE by Junior Achievement in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an experienced educator to lead the 3DE Case Experience. The role focuses on planning case launches, tailoring teaching methods, and building strong teacher-student relationships to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in instructional support or differentiation practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver case launch experiences aligned to industry partner needs.
• Collaborate with Launch Teachers to structure classrooms and monitor outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support to teachers and monitor student success with feedback.
