The 3DE Senior Director leads the school-based teams to ensure the effective implementation of the 3DE model in partnership with school leadership. This role involves managing 3DE school implementation managers, providing consistent feedback and support, and ensuring resources are available for model fidelity. The Senior Director supports school implementation managers in achieving operational targets, building a positive school culture, and aligning strategic priorities. As a key member of the local 3DE leadership team, the Senior Director uses data and feedback to inform strategy and build a strong local 3DE product team. The 3DE Senior Director serves as a thought partner for the school implementation managers, providing support to proactively address challenges and strengthen local relationships.
