Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced Case Assistant for the Fire Damages team in our Pasadena office. The ideal candidate learns quickly, follows direction, and asks questions when clarification is needed, while exercising sound judgment due to direct client contact.

This onsite position is located in our Pasadena office. Salary is $25.00-$27.00 per hour, with actual pay based on location, skills, and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with case management software (prefer FileVine).
• Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
