The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and experience with FileVine, Adobe, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management software; preferably FileVine.
• Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Detail oriented, organized, reliable, team player, able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Case Assistant to join Fire Damages team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who takes direction well but is also not afraid to seek clarification and ask questions when appropriate.
