Job summary

The Arizona Department of Child Safety is hiring a Case Aide-Records Assistant at the Tucson location. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory 39‑month driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Previous work history with Central Registry/Public Record considered.

Responsibilities

• Support children and families under the direction of a Case Manager.
• Document management of electronic case records.
• Prepare, redact, and manage court documents, disclosures, and case packets.
• Supervise parent-child visits.
• Participate in meetings and client hearings.
• Transport clients and ensure proper use of child safety seats.
• Provide general case management and clerical support.
