The Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) is hiring an Assistant Case Manager - Case Aide for Avondale, Glendale, Peoria & Phoenix locations. The role pays $17.34 per hour and involves supporting families under supervision, coordinating services, and assisting with transportation and court-related duties.

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a fingerprint clearance card. Applications are reviewed daily until filled.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Clearing checks and background may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support children and families under the direction of a Case Manager.
• Provide direct services in DCS programs.
• Transport clients and ensure proper use of child safety seats.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate services.
• Supervise parent-child visits.
• Refer clients to community resources.
• Attend court hearings and required meetings.
• Document client interactions and activities.
• Provide general case management and clerical support.
