Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Part-Time Supervised Visitation Monitor in Hamilton County to oversee visits between parents and children and ensure they occur in a safe and supportive environment. The role supports families involved in child welfare by helping maintain safe, structured interactions.

You’ll supervise visits, coordinate with county workers, provide transportation if needed, and handle intake while assisting with administrative tasks to support the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass required background clearances.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise visits between parents and children to support safe, meaningful interactions.
• Create a safe, respectful and supportive environment for every visit.
• Collaborate with county workers, families and community providers to coordinate services.
• Provide reliable transportation to authorized destinations using your vehicle.
• Step in to provide case coverage and maintain continuity of care.
• Complete thorough, organized intake processes for new clients and families.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
