Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a versatile system administrator to manage Cascade, our Enterprise Asset Management system for substation equipment. You will bridge technical operations and data strategy, configure controls, and support asset data integrity across engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.

The role requires eight years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applied science, business or engineering.
• MBA or master’s in engineering preferred.
• Minimum eight years of directly related experience.
• Experience with asset management or EAM systems.
• Ability to translate maintenance plans into automated triggers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain configuration control processes for Cascade.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Conduct data quality reviews for substation asset data.
• Design and manage reports and queries for asset management.
• Serve as Cascade system administrator, manage access and troubleshoot.
• Maintain substation equipment inventory in Cascade.
• Configure maintenance triggers from plans and compliance requirements.
