The Technical Studies Adjunct Instructor is a part‑time position. The instructor will engage students with classroom and lab instruction using the NCCER curriculum. Lab activities must follow the curriculum requirements, focusing on hands‑on experiences that prepare students for a career in HVAC. The position requires in‑person work at an off‑campus instructional site in Altavista, VA, and maintains consistent communication with students.
This role requires work in conditions similar to fieldwork, including uncontrolled climates, loud work areas, and hazardous settings.
