White Glove Placement New York is seeking a CAS Assessor to perform comprehensive assessments for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. The role operates independently across New York and focuses on person-centered assessments to connect individuals with needed services and supports.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments in assigned regions, traveling as required, and collaborating with families and professionals to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the approved disciplines is required.
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience working with individuals with I/DD.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and electronic documentation systems.
• Valid New York State driver's license or NYS ID.
• Willingness to travel throughout the region.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.
• Proof of degree (diploma or official completion) is required.
