White Glove Placement, Inc. is seeking a CAS Assessor to conduct comprehensive assessments for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings throughout New York. This full-time role requires independent work and weekend availability.

The position emphasizes person-centered assessments and collaboration with families and professionals to ensure necessary services and supports are provided. Training and regional travel are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an approved discipline required.
• At least 1 year of experience with individuals with IDD.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Valid NYS driver's license or NYS ID.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive CAS assessments for adults with I/DD in home/community settings.
• Travel within assigned region and work weekend as needed.
• Collaborate with families, direct support staff, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of findings and recommendations.
