You will perform quality checks, coach staff, manage chemical inventory, and ensure the DRB system operates correctly. Strong communication and cash handling skills are essential as you drive sales of car washes and monthly plans.

Responsibilities

• Spot check car wash attendants to verify policy adherence.
• Coach employees for improved performance.
• Ensure DRB working properly.
• Perform daily car wash and vacuum walk-through to verify cleanliness and operations.
• Ensure safety standards are followed by staff and customers.
• Keep site core ready at all times.
• Order soaps/chemicals for car wash inventory.
• Assist with training of all new employees.
• Set a positive example for all employees to follow.
• Observe and report employee issues to manager for coaching or training.

JOB OBJECTIVE:The Car Wash Lead is responsible for helping to ensure the car wash is operating efficiently, safety standards are met, and employees have continued training and guidance in all aspects of the car wash operations. A lead must be flexible and must be available to work on short notice, weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary.The Lead must demonstrate an upbeat friendly voice, smile, move fast, SELL and build customer loyalty. Provide the best customer service possible to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, and top car wash quality.
