Job summary

Strauch & Company in Roseville, CA is seeking a Car Wash Lead to ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction. The role requires flexible availability for short notice shifts, weekends, and overtime when needed.

You will lead car wash attendants, promote sales of car washes and monthly plans, and maintain safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Possesses leadership experience with at least One Year experience in customer service.
• Have the ability to motivate employees in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Good cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Spot check car wash attendants to verify they are adhering to company policy and assigned duties.
• Coach employee for improved performance.
• Ensure DRB working properly.
• Perform daily car wash and vacuum walk through to ensure the area is clean and operating correctly.
• Ensure all employees and customers are following safety standards.
• Ensure the site is Core ready at all times.
• Ensure that all soaps/chemicals are ordered for car wash.
• Assist with Training of all new employee’s
• Set a positive example for all employees to follow.
• Observe and Report to manager any employee issues that may need additional coaching and/ or training

JOB OBJECTIVE

The Car Wash Lead is responsible for helping to ensure the car wash is operating efficiently, safety standards are met, and employees have continued training and guidance in all aspects of the car wash operations. A lead must be flexible and must be available to work on short notice, weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary.

The Lead must demonstrate an upbeat friendly voice, smile, move fast, SELL and build customer loyalty. Provide the best customer service possible to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, and top car wash quality. You are expected to sell car washes and monthly plans to retail customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
