Rocket Carwash is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will coach staff, uphold service standards, and collaborate with the GM to reach sales goals while ensuring a smooth guest experience.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, scheduling, and continuous improvement across guest service, safety, and site operations. Strong communication, accountability, and problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software.
• Experience with labor management and strategic staff scheduling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to lead a team and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience and ensure exceptional service across the site.
• Support the General Manager in fostering guest relationships and memorable visits.
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Monitor site KPIs and provide daily coaching for performance improvements.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain equipment and cleanliness across the site.
