About Carver Ridge Senior Living

Carver Ridge, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Caregiver/HHA/CNA to join our team. Located just outside downtown Carver, Minnesota, we offer Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a beautiful 70-unit community. Shifts Available

Part-Time AM, PM, and Overnight shifts

Wages

HHA: $17-$22/hour
CNA: $19-$24/hour

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as per the care plan.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an assisted living community (preferred)
• Strong interest in healthcare
• Positive, compassionate attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
