Job summary

Wynalda Packaging Solutions is seeking skilled Die‑Cut Technicians to fine‑tune die cutters and achieve print accuracy. You’ll handle make‑ready set‑ups, run production to target speeds, and verify quality with retain pulls on each job.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in mechanical roles, strong teamwork, and proficiency with hand tools, calipers, and micrometers. A forklift license and commitment to safety workflows are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a mechanically oriented role with hand tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Analytical skills and drive for process improvement.
• Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and machine set-ups.

Responsibilities

• Pull die carts; load dies, counters, and stock into the die‑cutter.
• Perform make‑ready set‑ups for accurate cut‑to‑print and proper scoring.
• Run production at expected speeds while checking quality with retain pulls.
• Clear materials and dies after each job and prepare for the next run.
• Complete routine cleaning and mechanical adjustments.
• Collaborate with your line crew and contribute to department targets.
