Job summary

Meijer in Mishawaka is seeking entry-level team members to support cart operations, stocking, cleaning, and basic store tasks. You will interact with customers and help maintain a clean, safe shopping environment across departments such as Health and Beauty, Grocery, and Seasonal goods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cart retrieval from outside to inside the store.
• Help maintain cleanliness of the store, restrooms, and common areas.
• Assist in parking lot, lawn, and trash collection.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment to clear snow.
• Process returns of perishable and salvage items as needed.
• Collaborate with service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking areas.
• Work with departments across the store to support customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cart attendants will ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinating and collecting of the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for properly removing snow.
• Perishable and salvage returns.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Working with our service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
• Working with departments: Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
