Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service - Cart Attendant to warmly greet members, keep the parking lot and carts organized, and assist with loading purchases into vehicles at the Roseville, CA location.

You will provide friendly service, answer questions, and maintain a clean, member-ready area. This role supports ensuring a positive shopping experience in all weather conditions and contributes to overall club efficiency.

Qualifications

• Safely stand and move for long periods while helping members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members, guiding them to products and services.
• Keep the club parking lot clean and cart-ready for members.
• Assist members with loading purchases into vehicles and bagging when needed.
• Resolve member questions and concerns and promote Walmart/Sam's Club products and services.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area and reporting hazards.
