Job summary

Brookside at The Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA is seeking a diligent Part-Time Cart Attendant to ensure smooth golf operations and a welcoming guest experience. As an associate of Troon, you’ll join a global leader in golf club management and contribute to exceptional member service.

• Ability to operate and handle golf carts safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional appearance.
• Brings carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns carts to the cart barn at the end of the day.
• Cleans, waters, and checks carts after each use and restocks as required.
• Cleans and maintains the cart barn.
• Ensures the carts are available for player use at all times.
• Receives and communicates complaints to the Golf Shop.
• Works closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments.
• Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager from time to time.

Brookside at The Rose Bowl, located in Pasadena, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Cart Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing togrow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay Rate: $18.57 hourly

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:

• Must have strong customer/guest orientation
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be dependable
• Must have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
• Working knowledge of the rules of golf is preferred
• Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulations
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
• Ability to work nights and weekends is mandatory
• Golf experience preferred
