Job summary

Drake’s is a neighborhood restaurant and bar under Bluegrass Hospitality Group seeking energetic team members for carry-out service. You’ll greet guests, take orders, guide through the menu, and deliver orders with a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities include packing, station cleanliness, and coordinating with the kitchen and delivery partners to ensure accurate, timely orders. Base pay plus tips with perks after one year of full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Ability to take orders and guide guests through the menu.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile in person or on the phone.
• Take phone, online, and walk-in orders; guide guests through the menu.
• Deliver carry-out orders to designated spots with a friendly attitude.
• Ensure packaging is clean, complete, and brand-compliant.
• Maintain a clean, organized carry-out station and service area.
• Lift and carry up to 30 lbs; stand and walk 8+ hours per shift.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely orders.
• Work with third-party delivery partners like Grubhub and DoorDash.
• Deliver 100% guest satisfaction, every guest, every time.
